  The service is so bad, they’ve never cleaned the rooms, and I informed them to clean it up many times also I pressed “ Make up my room “. During the first day until the last day. 4 Nights. Bo one cleaned up the room. Even the wi fi is so slow, when I called the reception they told my that is an old issue they will try to solved it. The A/C is not cooling. Bu the way some rooms, there is not safty box.

  A new hotel a modern tower and design. My overall stay was comfortable and enjoyable however some minor defects can leave a bad impression about the place. And this was the reason for the 3 stars I have given. A list of these defects will be forwarded to the hotel management by email.

  Located in the center of Kuwait City adjacent to al Hamra Luxury center the hotel has the advantages of a perfect location to major outlets plus banks and cooperations. It is excellent for the business traveler. It comes well equipped. Friendly staff and excellent service

  Great location for the hotel . Clean rooms and nice staff but with slowly services. Issue with the parking in the basement very small and difficult to park a car.

  The hotel picked me up from the airport in a very new and clean large SUV and drove me back in a BMW750: this is not always rhe case even with 5 star hotels in Kuwait. The bedrooms including the showers are very modern and comfortable. I had both dinner and breakfast: large selection of dishes for both and superb service. I had used the treadmill in the fitness room, not much else for an average person to use. There is a rooftop pool but I do not have the time to use. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
