  Good location & good parking. It probably needs closed or underground or at least covered parking though. To make it easier for visitors.

  Really nice tower, odd and sparse shop selection, but all shops are great at what they do.

  A skyscraper with no parking. This building houses the Ministry of Higher Education, the German Embassy's visa processing center, and a few other businesses. Elevators are split up by floor ranges and the interior of the building is designed well. However, parking is difficult as there's only a handful of spots in the plot of land nearby, and you will most likely have to park in the sandy unzoned land further away from the building.

  It’s a nice not loud area with a love of shops and space to sit and chill or play some table games at good games shop.
