  Ministry of Justice, Kuwait is the place where the translated documents (in arabic) of any nationality is attested. Before anyone approach here, one should get Ministry of Foreign affairs stamp first on the original documents (i.e. 5KD) then here 2Kd stamp need to affix on translated document. It takes an average of 1hr to get it done. The token system is really efficient.
