  I need my tracking number. And what need for claiming my parcel? Already it here in kuwait last June 24,2018.

  May i know the status of my parcel?. I track and its showing 12th of June arrived here in kuwait .. And i am waiting for the call of agent but until now nobody call me regarding this matter.. In my origin country i pay the shipping fee and my supplier said it will delivered in my address here in kuwait! i keep calling the number of Ems post office nobody answer ! what kind of transportation /agent service this company ! you people only receiving the money of your customer and your not giving proper services!I am so very disappointed, but not surprised by the service they've shown us. Not only do they fail to deliver on what they advertise, but they also have poor customer service. If you're considering sending anything, I strongly recommend that you use something other than EMS. It's a waste of time and money.

  انتظار طويل. الموظفين كثر و يؤدون عملهم لكن التواصل غير جيد مع العملاء. ينتظر العميل لا يدري إلى متى. جيد وجود ماكينة تصوير.

  الموظفين لطفاء وراقين في استقبالهم للمراجعين . الاتصالات لا يتم الرد عليها والتوصيل بطيئ للغاية و موقع وزارة المواصلات الذي نستعلم منه عن وصول الطرود معطل لأيام . إذا شحنتك غير مستعجلة ولا تتلف بالتأخير أنصح فيهم السعر مناسب جدا
