  I called and was on hold for 15 minutes without ever even speaking to an actual person just to track a package that's status has been ' out for delivery' for three days! That is unacceptable and very bad business practice. Shame on them and UPS for affiliating themselves with this company.

  Worst company ever, I don't recommend using them (or UPS) unless you want to search for your packages for ages!! لا انصح بالشحن من خلالهم او التعامل معهم ابداً بسبب الإهمال والبطء في العمل
