  They don't offer to help you. When people visit the embassy they give you a paper to fill in even if you already have a file there. You have to do everything and they're not willing to use their energy on helping you.

  بصراحه الخدمه سئيه اتصل عليهم كل واحد يحول علي الثاني وآخر واحد مايرد مع احترامه لموظف البداله ورده بسرعه
