  Cesar Cinnamon Restaurant is Chinese food cuisine. It is located in newly built building tower in Farwaniya area. Just close to Eureka. The seating place is really big with nice design and friendly atmosphere. The food is great and meal was good but not like the one in Sharq area.

  Staff is very courteous and helpful. Great ambience. Average quality Indian and Chinese food.

  A nice restaurant with a typical Indian and Indo Chinese menu. Average staff and decent ambiance. Overall, a slightly above average experience.
