::This bank is so flexible to open foreign accounts, however this branch always crowded and the average waiting time is 30 minutes to 1 hour,, better to find another branches..

::one of the oldest banks in kuwait (not this branch) tho its name is commercial bank of kuwait they also offer personal accounts and salary accounts like all the other banks in kuwait. this branch is a bit quite mostly commercial customers from shops so it was quick to get what i needed done and out, and friendly staff. i would come back for sure.
