It is one of few private hospitals in Kuwait that offer specialities in almost all cases. I am sure that you will satisfy visiting the hospital although it is a little crowded (because of the professionalism they offer).

::Al Salam International Hospital staff is rude and unprofessional. I never hear a greeting from them whether it is at the Lab or at the Pharmacy or the Obstetrics and Gynecology counter! They just stand and wait like silent dumbos till they are told what to do! Is it so difficult to say "Good morning Ma'am/Sir, how can I help you"??? If a doctor I visit can greet me with a smile why a simple clerk is too proud to do so? Plus I didn't like how Mr Mina Iskander from the Lab acted when I was there last time; he served first a Kuwaiti man without the ticket even though it was my turn!!!

::مستشفى خاص يقدم الرعايه الطبيه الراقية على حسب المستويات العالميه و يمكن للمتقاعدين الاستفاده من خصومات بطاقه عافيه التامينيه حيث انها تستخدم هنا مكان المستشفى استراتيجي لانه بالقرب من العاصمه لكن هذا المكان سبب لمشكله لا حل لها وهي الازحام، بالاضافه الى عدم وجود مواقف كافيه للمرضى المراجعين. والاسعار ايضا باهضه لان يعتبر مستشفى خاص.

::Their ENT Doctor refused to treat me because he was too lazy to write a medical report to my insurance. He wants them to accept the surgery without providing the medical report. How professional is that?
