  Very slow! And unfortunately they charge you more for VIP service and it’s worse than the regular service, one person takes applications for the VIP, while the normal service has 6 counters, not logical.

  As some of comments they are not answering the phone calls on leave you on the hold long time . We need information from you you help us not anybody else . Women told me if you want to know come to the office and why transportation for what enough you said on a call what we need . Save your time

  Inefficient, card machine broken with no ATM in sight, takes hours just to submit an application.

  This is a company where you apply for some EU countries visa (Germany, Italy). At summer they get really crowded. Their VIP lounge which you have access to at a charge (16 KD) tbey just have water and tea!!!
