  As a biomedical engineer working in Al-Khalid Group of Companies in the Al-Khalid Health Care Projects Company for more than a year i feel while i am in the company as my home while being surrounded by employees from different companies from Al-Khalid Group under one roof in the same building dealing with them in any issue about my division The Health Care Company showed me that all the Group of Companies employees feel as one family no one is separating him self is his own company and offering the help to other company employer what ever his position is in that company because only he is in one company under the Group of Companies of Al-Khalid,,,,,,,,,,,,, And i gained in that short time of working there lot and big experience that been added to me as i work directly with the General manager of my company i learned from him thing more than my field as he treats me with decent way and never holds the knowledge of how to to the Management work so i get from their and specially from him experience to management level added to my Biomedical engineering experience. Thanks to him i Have been awarded from institutes highly prestige management title based on the knowledge he gave me and add to my cv and a academic degrees on experience exchange programs from universities in USA.
