  Usually it is crowded, but the staff are really helpful and offer their help, prices are competitive as well :)

  Terrible customer service I sent an email for banners to be printed only to find out that they forgot about it and I had to remind them again. The person responsible barely responds on the phone or email and I ended up waiting in their office for more than an hour before I got my stuff. The only upside is cheap prices compared to other printing houses.
