  First review I gave them 4 star but now I will give them a 1 star because the not respect date !! I paid for priority service and now it's over 7 working days and I'm paid for SMS to get any updates in my application but I got nothing just first message !!!!

  All online appointments were booked for the whole month in the Swiss section. I called the embassy, they say they couldn’t help and visa services are fully outsourced to vfs. I call vfs “helpline” - it is a trap, they will not allow me to select a language even. Bravo. I go in person, take a number, I am first in line. I am told that even though no one else is there I have to pay 60 kd to get my papers processed via “premium services”...this is completely unfair and inept. Sad that European countries with progressive reputations are in truth running its affairs with such a backwards and unjust system.

  A glorified courier office for Uk visa.. No guidance.. No responsibility.. No accountability.. No courtesy.. Will not confirm the documents to be submitted.. Their standard answer up to you what you want to attach.. Totally waste Rather let applicant upload documents online and give it to DHL for passport collection

  Horrible place, rude workers that don't know the rules. I have been told lies so that they make me get fast track visa. Me and my friend applied same day, I optioned for the normal track where he chose the fast track and both of us got our visa at the same time (student visa). Funniest thing is they for their contact us on their OFFICIAL WEBSITE it transfers you to the gov.uk website. Their listed phone number is only for the Austrian visa centre and they don't know the rest of the phone numbers. We can't go anywhere else since this is the only place, so i suggest we complain directly on the gov.uk

  Poor services, I too agree with rest of the reviewers .Absolutely Impolite people( there was a guy who is collecting the documents for Italy Visa, totally impolite person), He checked all the documents and nothing comments were shared.later after all the submission and fees after a week just got me and family passports returned saying for VISA refusal due to insufficient funds for the trip.Even though two credit details were shared with the regular six months salary bank statement. If there is any deficiencies in submission documents as required by the embassy If it would have been mentioned by the people here in the authorized visa application center ,at-least i would have saved the fees for submission and wasting the money for all the late refund of hotel and airfare.Over all satisfaction big Zero.This one star is selected nothing worse could be selected here.
