currently I think its the best gym in Kuwait, easy to access, very clean and people there are high class, the parking area cant absorb the number of subscribers there unfortunately so you would have to park in 2 building away distance in rush hours, and I would've loved if it was operating 24/hrs

It's an excellent facility to get in all your exercises, workouts, weight training, cardiovascular and massage therapies and it's a very good and clean place I highly recommend !!!!!

Amazing Health Club for Woman, Men & Kids. I’m a male member. As s member you get an electronic membership card, with it to can through your stuff lock it jump on your favorite workout or fitness program. The building has a 500 meters indoors jogging track 👍🏻 The free towels service is amazing. Their coaches are pleasant well-rounded & cooperative. The Arabic/French speaking ones are Tunisians, while the English speaking ones are Filipinos. I would have given them 5 Stars, however, due to the dated club ambiance & equipment (yet well maintained), and recently kids started showing up at the men’s building unattended unrestrictedly, they got only 4 Stars! They really and badly have to work on these last mentioned issues. You can clearly tell that the competition is having its tool on this club.

Champion Spa is a great place when compared to many of the gyms in Kuwait. The staff are helpful and not two-faced like most ladies gyms, the atmosphere is uplifting without being loud. My only gripe is the pool. Its just not built for serious swimmers. It’s kind of shaped funny, has fountains in the middle and an aqua therapy bar at one end so there’s no place to “flip round” when you do a length. Plus there’s always a bunch of ladies kind of bobbing around because it’s more a relaxing pool than an exercise area. Of course until the aqua aerobics begin then you’ve no chance!
