  Cozy romantic resturant with amazing city view since it is on the 21st floor in Four Season Hotel. The resturant has a luxurious decor and lightings. My experience was bad twice. Food choices are limited. The food is expensive and taste is ordinary. Service is good but slow. Resturant has an inside stove for for cooking infront of customer, so resturant are filled with food smell. Reservation is recommended specially in occasions. Indoor and outdoor (on top ) seating with great view.
