::Really nice tower, odd and sparse shop selection, but all shops are great at what they do.
Bader Al-Sabah
::A skyscraper with no parking. This building houses the Ministry of Higher Education, the German Embassy's visa processing center, and a few other businesses. Elevators are split up by floor ranges and the interior of the building is designed well. However, parking is difficult as there's only a handful of spots in the plot of land nearby, and you will most likely have to park in the sandy unzoned land further away from the building.
