  I had heard that Grand Hyper was a mediocre shopping experience but when they opened a new supermarket near to my house I thought I should give them a try(instead of always going to Saveco and Lulu). Everyone deserves a chance. But instead what happened was a disaster. The supermarket is stocked like a JOKE. The entire design is CHAOTIC. I cannot understand how they decided to go with that design and layout. We bought a full salmon fish since the salesman coaxed me into it but it turned out not to be fresh. I can forgive one mistake. But sadly I decided also to buy their HOT FOOD and taste the food to see if I would be returning to buy some quick bites. But the Chicken Korma I bought was COLD and no one heated it for me. If that was not enough, when it was time to check out and bill all what we bought, my wife and I had to bag our purchases and the cashier just said "Take all of it and go". Evidently I am never returning to Grand Hyper market and I will share my experience with everyone. Better to stick to Saveco and Lulu Hypermarket.

  Very nice shopping centre. All in one itams awailable hear free parking and big space, Weekly offers, indian kerala vegetables awailable hear food cort thire and perfumes shop, ground floor. Good location .

  An ok place. Prices were higher than the competition next door.

  The place is much like the other Grand Hyper supermarkets in various localities of Kuwait, such as Jleeb Al Shuyoukh; with a difference that the total floor area is larger. The space between aisles is cramped and difficult for customers to pass while other customers are there with their trolleys. It may attract lot of bargain hunters, because of heavy discounts that they offer. The place is not well managed or well stocked (as yet). We could not find a popular brand of Orange juice - so common at all other supermarkets. The food at the food court was stale - thankfully the staff there asked us not to buy it. At the cash counter, there was no place to keep our items; as it was already full of items picked by earlier customers but left behind due to last minute change of mind. Overall the staff seemed out of their wits and unable to cope with the commotion. The place lacks the aura of it's neighbors: Lulu Hypermarket and Saveco.
