  Two of the most shocking episodes of invasion of my privacy occurred twice in the last two days of my stay in the esteem hotel Four Points Sheraton . 1- On 13 May post checking in the hotel , I must have barely spend about 30 mins in the privacy of my room that I heard a someone ring the door bell . As I was in a middle of conversation with someone over the phone I am entitle to not open the door especially when I am not expecting someone . In no time not only the person opened the door however dared to even enter the room which really felt me in utter state of shock . On inquiring he mentioned that he was a A.C technician and asked if the AC was working . I couldn’t believe that he actually opened the door and entered my room without my permission . I received a call from the front desk manager and who tried to explain the mishap however THAT STILL DOESN’T JUSTIFY THE ACT . I don’t care whether the checking timings were misunderstood . It is the managements duty to inform who ever about the arrival of the guest and not guest’s . Despite of this act I let it go as I wanted to empathize with the situation with the assurance that this will never happen again . Well I was proved wrong quite immediately 2- On May 14 at around 19.00hrs I ordered room service . The person came and delivered the food post which I went for a shower . Post that while I am relaxing in the room someone rings the door bell and again I am not expecting anyone in the room and hence choose my comfort over answering the door and again to my shock he actually opened the door and shouted out room service to which this the I was furious with the act. If the guest doesn’t wish to answer the door what right does anyone have in terms of opening the room and entering it , One can call and check whatever they want to . Because of these two incidents I had a sleepless night last night which is affecting my training . I am utterly shocked to be able to explain in the least of the words . I am eager to know what explanation does the management of FOUR SEASONS have to provide to this effect. As far as I am concerned my business end with this HOTEL RIGHT AWAY

  It was wonderful hotel, cleanless, room service, breakfast, location the only issue is car park

  Everything is up to the top quality. I think this is the one of the best in Kuwait City. Staff, Service and other facilities are excellent. Try the food at Al Seem restaurants, it’s amazing.

  I stayed here for over a week as I looked for an apartment. Although I do not like staying in hotel's for more than a few days, this was a wonderful place. The building is kept in great shape and you never question the craftsmanship or quality of anything. The bathroom is beautiful, the room is quiet and comfy, and they actually put resources into the things that matter (your bed, what they provide in the room, etc). The staff is top notch as well. My only complaint is dinner not starting until 7:30. Too late for me.
