  النادي نظيف ومرتب كأنه فتنس روم بفندق عيبه انه صغير والأجهزة شوي وعيب شرعي مو 24 ساعه، الحلو فيه مكانه مخدوم تحت فيه مطاعم وستاربوكس

  Reasonably good gym and excellent location for people around sulaibikhat area. However, missing some of basic weight lifting machine.

  سبق وان كنت عضو (مشترك) في النادي السلبيات: ١- ساعات العمل محدودة والافضل دوام ٢٤ ساعة. ٢- لايوفر مسبح ٣- ثقافة المدرب الصحية من حيث اذا كان المتدرب سنه تجاوز الخمسين يجب الانتباه لمعدل ضربات القلب عند اداء تمارين الفتنس على الشاشة اثناء تريب المجموعة ٤- مبلغ ٥دينار عند فقدان البطاقة ، من المفترض ان اول مرة يكون مجاني للفقدان وثاني مره ٥دينار الايجابيات : ١- الاجهزه حديثه . ٢- المدربين على كفائه وقيافه ولباقه ٣- الادارة تتابع العميل برقي ٤- الموقع ممتاز ٥- توجد عروض في المواسم وتخفيضات وايضا للطلبة لهم عروض ممتازة . ٦.ايقاف الموسيقى وقت الصلاة

  Had 3 months membership that ended just recently . Great staff and facilities . Not too many options for bodybuilding training .

  Remarkably, the good point is that it's close to my house. So, I don't have to drive too much after an exhausting working day. The very bad point is that there's only a few weightlifting devices and weights, and some of which are available with only one device/weight which, sometimes, causes conflicts. Besides, it is overpriced.Also, there is only one jacuzzi which is closed mostly claiming that it's damaged or under maintenance & there's no swimming pool. Note that this review is only about FitnessFirst branch in Sulaibikhat.
