  Service is horrible!!!!! A carrier doesn't drop parcel for more than 4 days after complaint to Customer Service no action!!!! Totally more than 14 days from Dubai to Kuwait and still not yet delivered!!!!

  Worst customer service ever and no respect to the clients or to the timing. And of course delay in shipping item was in US box for more than one week

  Is it one of the worst disigon i took in my life to use ARAMEX.. 19 DAYS AND NOT YET RECEIVED MY "EXPRESS" SHIPMENT..
