  To be perfectly honest, the products that they provide are AAA, and nothing like them. However, being a loyal customer to them, their service is grade A junk (I am sorry to say). The only thing they have are the products they sell, and that's the only thing they have. Being a monopoly for the products they sell, it gives us consumers (customers), little room to go to if we want those products. I just got back my car from them after three months, going back and forth, all the additional (not needed) costs and services they added on my tab. They wanted to add a cost on my car that was under the warranty (apparently faulty motor in the side mirror). After taking my car the first time, they gave me back the car with a faulty crank, which caused the car to over heat (with no ac) by the first week I had the car. I had to park my car and wait for road side assistance (3 hours may I add) with my pregnant wife in the scorching heat. All they had to say was that, you never mentioned you had an issue with the crank a week ago. I believe that this is not my fault, as I have no idea what a crank is in the first place. In all honesty, if you can't live without one of their products (a must have) I will advise you to go look for a better dealership.
